you are not sure if your mower needs to be sent in for service,

If your mower is still covered by the warranty,
please be sure to contact us or Friendly Robotics support
before sending it in. If the problem turns out not to be
a faulty mower, or the problem was something that was user
serviceable, shipping costs may not be covered.
If you are already sure that you Robomower
needs repair, you can purchase a box online if you do not
have your original box. Original Friendly Robotics boxes
fall below UPS surcharge size limits (plain brown over-box
must be removed if present). You can also use your own packaging.
