The Aquabot Turbo T is an advanced version of the Aquabot Turbo. New navigation of the T series of Aquabots differs from earlier Aquabots in that the units more efficient cleaning pattern. This results in a much more efficient and shorter cleaning cycle and makes it ideal for all pools. As of 2009 it features a larger capacity filter bag.The T uses an ingeniously simple turning technique. At pre-programmed times, the pump stops momentarily to allow one "float equipped" side to slightly lift a drive track from the pool bottom. This slight loss of traction on one side causes the unit to turn. Premium sealed oil free motors power the unit around your pool and the Turbo T can complete most pools in about 3 hours. This reduced running time also reduces wear and tear up to 50% over the standard Aquabot Turbo. In addition, The Turbo T series units incorporate a water jet that gently power washes to lift stubborn debris from cracks, crevices and tight corners. If you require remote control, or an even more efficient cleaning cycle, take a look at the "one hour" robots like the T2 or the "top of the line" Aquabot T4. The T4 features a remote control for spot cleaning and artificial intelligence that guides the robot. Operating independently of the the main pool filter, the Aquabot Turbo T works with no hoses, no hookups, no booster pumps or suction lines. Just place it in the water, push a button and that's it! Just like all Aquabots, the Aquabot Turbo T utilizes a highly efficient, reusable filter bag and power driven scrubbing brushes. The robot is capable of filtering unwanted debris as small as 2 microns in size, yet still allows up to 5000 gallons of water to flow through per hour. This results in the removal of sand, silt, hair, metal particles, bacteria, and most algae. In addition, large debris such as acorns, leaves, and twigs, are quickly and permanently removed.
