These units are from press reviews or customer returns. If the return was due to a malfunction, the units are fully checked and required parts replaced before being manufacturer recertified. Some customers purchase the units without understanding their operation or limitations and return them. This could be due to a very steep slope, a lawn consisting of many small/remote grass areas, a lawn size beyond the capacity of the unit or a gift return. I want an unused unit. Can I choose which recertified unit that I will get?
Unfortunately, no you cannot. If you want a guarantee of a new unit, you will have to buy a new unit. Some units may have a few nicks or some grass staining underneath while others may be totally unused. All come with the same warranty as a new one. Sales are final on open box mowers. . |
